Returns & Refunds Policy
At SS Stationers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, our Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Eligibility for Returns:
You can return any unused and undamaged items within 7 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original packaging with any tags or labels still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@ssstationers.pk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
