All Uniforms and book products, can be returned for any reason, provided they meet the requirements stated in the chart below.

- You changed your mind or don’t like the item.
- Item must be in original condition.
- Item must not be used.
Item must include all packaging, accessories or tags. - Books must be undamaged in original condition and free of marks and writings.
- 7 days to call Customer Service
- Call Customer Service to schedule a pick-up or drop-off
- Fill the return form
- A full refund in the form of:
Voucher: - 1-2 business days
Bank transfer or cheque: - 3-4 business days
Credit card reversal: - 3-4 business days
Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised
Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery. Remember to send back all items (including the free promotional items) that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will be invalidated.
